By confirming an order on the Site, the Customer declares his unreserved acceptance of the entirety of these GCS.
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day the Customer consults the Site, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description enabling the Customer to know its essential characteristics before placing a definitive order. The photographs and graphics presented on the Site are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes but excluding shipping and handling costs.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
Payment is made online by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. The Customer warrants that he/she is fully entitled to use the payment card or PayPal account for the payment of his/her order and that these means of payment provide access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the use of the Company’s services.
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products, without having to justify his decision.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all CHIRU titanium bike frames. This lifetime warranty applies exclusively to frames purchased on or after May 1, 2023 (as evidenced by the invoice date). Frames purchased before this date remain covered by the statutory and contractual warranties in effect at the time of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to the materials used in the frame. If a frame has such a defect, we agree to repair or replace it free of charge, in accordance with our warranty policy. The lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The frame must be returned to us bare, without any accessories. The warranty does not cover the disassembly and reassembly of the bicycle, nor does it cover the cost of shipping the frame to and from us. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department and provide the relevant information, such as proof of purchase (invoice), a photo of the complete bicycle, and a photo of the defect. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, the installation of components that do not comply with the frame’s specifications, or any other cause beyond our control. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered by the lifetime warranty. This lifetime warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
