We offer a lifetime warranty on all CHIRU titanium bicycle frames. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems related to the materials used in the frame. If a frame has such a defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge, in accordance with our warranty policy. The lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The frame must be returned to us bare, with no accessories. The warranty does not cover disassembly and reassembly of the bike or the cost of transporting the frame to and from the site. To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service department and provide the relevant information, such as proof of purchase (invoice), photo of the complete bike, and photo of the defect. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from mis-use, negligence, unauthorized modification, assembly of components not conforming to frame specifications or any other cause beyond our control. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered by the lifetime warranty. This lifetime warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
